Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
We ship all orders from China. Because international return shipping can be costly and slow, standard international returns are not accepted in most cases.
However, we do stand behind our products and will provide a solution for defective / damaged / incorrect items based on the specific situation.
This policy lasts 15 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
1) Eligibility by Destination
A. Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan Orders
For orders delivered to Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, we accept returns and refunds (subject to the conditions below).
B. All Other International Orders
For orders delivered outside Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan:

Returns are generally not accepted due to international logistics and costs.

If there is a problem (defective/damaged/incorrect), we will provide a reasonable resolution such as:

Replacement shipment (full or partial)

Partial refund

Store credit / coupon

Refund (case-by-case, depending on evidence and issue severity)

In many cases, we may not require a physical return and may instead request photos/videos for verification.
2) What Counts as a Returnable / Refundable Issue
We will work with you if the item is:

Defective (not functioning as intended under normal use)

Damaged in transit

Incorrect item received (wrong model/size/spec)

Missing parts due to our packing error
To be eligible, you must contact us within 15 days of delivery and provide required evidence (see Section 4).
3) Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Unless the issue is caused by us (defect/damage/incorrect), the following are typically not eligible for return/refund:

Items marked Final Sale / Clearance (if you use this)

Gift cards

Downloadable / digital products

Items that have been used, altered, installed, or damaged due to misuse

Normal wear and tear, consumables, or issues caused by improper storage/handling

Orders with incorrect address provided by the customer (or refused delivery)
4) How to Request Support (Required Evidence)

Clear photos of the product and packaging

If applicable, a short video showing the defect

Photos of the shipping label (for damaged/incorrect items)
Please do not return anything until our support team confirms the return address and instructions.
5) Returns Process (Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan)
If your return is approved:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (unless damaged on arrival).

We will provide the return address and instructions by email.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return shipping costs:

If the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect), we may cover return shipping or provide an alternative resolution.

If the return is due to change of mind / ordered wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related fees.
6) Solutions for International Orders (Outside HK/MO/TW)
For international orders outside Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan, approved resolutions may include:

Whether a return is required depends on the product type, value, and issue. In many situations, we do not require a return due to international shipping complexity.
7) Refunds (If Approved)
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and bank, typically within 5–15 business days after approval.
Note: Shipping fees (if charged) are generally non-refundable, except when the issue is caused by us.
8) Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If an item is defective/damaged/incorrect, we will typically offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
